Shelby Gilliland

Halloween Social Dance Coordinator

Shelby Gilliland is a Senior at the University of Minnesota and will be graduating in the spring with a degree in Computer Science. She has been dancing all her life, and loves having the opportunity to continue doing so as a member of the Ballroom Competition team. Currently she is serving as the UMN BDC Social Dance Coordinator.

Lizzie Weaver

Officials Assistant

Lizzie began Irish Dancing at age 5 and then joined the UMN Ballroom Dance Team in 2012, where she participated as a competition team member for four years and served as the club Secretary for two years. She loves getting to know new members and supporting the team whenever possible! Lizzie is a recent graduate from the University of Minnesota and currently works in the Emergency Department as a Medical Scribe.

Jessica Schalz

Critique Assistant

Jessica is a strictly social dancer. When not holed up in a lab working on getting her computer science degree, she's volunteering with the BDC, planning events for oSTEM @ Minnesota, or working at the UROP office.
